At Haendelplatz in Berlin-Eichwalde, the Von der Heyden Group completed a residential development in 1999 consisting of three newly built tenement houses with a total of approx. 1,700 sqm of net living space across 24 apartments. Reflecting the Group’s investment strategy, 16 units were sold individually to private buyers, while one building with 8 apartments was sold en bloc. The project, valued at EUR 3.5 million, reached a successful exit in 2016.
