At Gohliserstraße 13 in Dresden, Von der Heyden Group completed an extensive renovation of a historic tenement building from 1900. The project included the full modernization of 13 apartments while preserving the property’s architectural charm. With an investment of EUR 2.5 million, the refurbished units were successfully sold to private investors between 1993 and 1994,marking one of the Group’s first high-quality residential projects in Germany.
