Our strategic investments focused on key locations including Beethovenstraße, Diesterwegstraße, Moritzstraße, Neundorfer Straße, and Jößnitzer Straße, all well-connected to local infrastructure and community amenities.

These properties were managed under a long-term real estate strategy, with a phased sale approach aligning with market conditions and investment objectives. The final asset was successfully sold in 2024, completing the full investment cycle.
