Maraton Gardens

Maraton Gardens was a mixed-use residential project by Von der Heyden Group, ideally located in central Poznań at the junction of Królowej Jadwigi, Maratońska, and Olimpijska Streets. Spanning over 22,000 m², the project was designed to deliver 251 high-standard apartments with integrated office, retail, and recreational facilities.

With its prime location offering excellent access to the Old Town, Poznań International Fair, and a variety of urban amenities, Maraton Gardens embodied modern urban living. The development included a 300-space underground car park and thoughtfully designed infrastructure, making it one of the most sought-after residential investments in the city.

In June 2007, Von der Heyden Group successfully sold the fully prepared investment package, including planning and development documentation, to Spanish developer Restaura — marking another successful milestone in the Group’s real estate journey in Poland.
