Ks. Skorupki 4
Located at Ks. Skorupki 4 in central Warsaw, this Class ‘A’ office building stands as a landmark in Poland’s post-war real estate development. Developed by Von der Heyden Group, the 7,200 m² project was sold at the planning stage, before construction began, to the Polish Bank Guarantee Fund (Bankowy Fundusz Gwarancyjny) for use as their future headquarters. This groundbreaking deal was among the first in post-war Poland where an institutional office building was sold pre-construction.
Construction commenced in September 1998, led by Bilfinger+Berger (Polska), a subsidiary of the global construction group. Architectural design was delivered by SAP-Project Sp. z o.o. and PRC Architekci Sp. z o.o., a British-Polish architectural partnership. Today, the Polish Bank Guarantee Fund still occupies the building, highlighting its enduring quality and strategic location in the heart of Warsaw’s business district.
