Grand Hotel Lublinianka
Grand Hotel Lublinianka is one of Lublin’s most iconic and architecturally distinguished landmarks, located on Krakowskie Przedmieście 56 in the very heart of the city. Often compared to Warsaw’s renowned Bristol Hotel for its historic elegance, the building stands as a symbol of the city’s rich cultural heritage.
Between 2000 and 2002, Von der Heyden Group carried out a full-scale restoration and interior redevelopment of the 5,700 m² heritage property, transforming it into a four-star deluxe hotel. The project marked one of the Group’s early landmark investments in Poland, preserving architectural integrity while enhancing commercial value.
Since its grand reopening on May 1, 2002, Grand Hotel Lublinianka has offered a refined hospitality experience that blends timeless charm with modern standards. The hotel features 72 elegant rooms, including six spacious suites, two distinctive restaurants, a banquet hall, and a wellness zone with a sauna, gym, and Turkish steam bath. The interiors reflect high four-star standards while maintaining the building’s unique historic character.
Managed by the IBB Hotel Collection, the hotel has earned a strong reputation among both leisure and business travelers and continues to contribute to Lublin’s growing tourism and hospitality market. The successful repositioning of this asset highlights Von der Heyden Group’s strategic focus on restoring heritage properties and unlocking long-term value through high-quality redevelopment and management.
