In summer 2019, Von der Heyden Group acquired a 25% stake in Atrium Liberdade, a 5,000 sqm residential project in Lagoa, Algarve, Portugal. The development featured 33 modern, south-facing apartments and 35 parking spaces, built with local materials and high-quality craftsmanship. Recognised as an urban redevelopment (ARU), it offered private residences and shared amenities including a central courtyard, rooftop terrace, and pool, ideal for full-time living, holidays, or investment.

Strategically located near Lagoa’s beaches and Carvoeiro town, the project achieved full unit sales by 2024. The Group is now completing the liquidation phase and profit realisation.
