Andersia Tower

Andersia Tower rises 105.2 meters above the heart of Poznań, marking a prominent feature of the city’s skyline. As the second phase of the iconic Anders Square development, following the Poznań Financial Centre, the tower was delivered through a successful partnership between Von der Heyden Group, two private investors, and the City of Poznań.

This 35,000 m² mixed-use development combines premium office, hotel, and retail spaces, along with a two-level underground car park. Its lower floors house the Andersia Hotel, a 4-star deluxe property with 171 rooms and suites, an executive floor, restaurants, shops, and a modern conference center that hosts up to 800 guests.

The upper levels offer 10,700 m² of Class A office space, home to prestigious tenants including Franklin Templeton, Ernst & Young, and IKB Leasing. Premium amenities, such as a fitness club, swimming pool, saunas, and steam baths, are available to both guests and tenants.

Constructed by Hochtief and inaugurated in 2007, Andersia Tower showcases Von der Heyden Group’s commitment to smart building solutions and European quality standards. In 2008, the building was acquired by global real estate investor DEKA Immobilien.
