In 1992, Von der Heyden Group completed the full renovation of a large tenement building from 1900, located at Christburger Str. 28 in Berlin. This project was carried out in close cooperation with a local developer and reflected the Group’s early commitment to urban revitalisation and architectural preservation in Germany’s capital. With an investment value of EUR 2.7 million, the restored apartments were successfully sold in tranches to individual home buyers, marking a key achievement in the Group’s residential development activities during the early 1990s.
