The Group has over 30 years of experience in developing class A office buildings as well as the refurbishment of landmark and heritage buildings into premium residential and hotel properties, many of which became award winning projects. The Group has a proven development track record in Poland, Germany, Portugal and Spain as well as the USA.
Urbelia Oil is a low-cost fuel station chain in mainland Spain. This joint venture, Urbelia Business S.L. was incorporated in December 2017. The shareholders of Urbelia Business S.L. are TIMAN Investments Holdings Limited (50%) and Urban Oil Wash S.L (50%), owned by Sergio Quesada Von Allmen, our Spanish joint venture partner of the Group.
The Group today successfully operates 5 operating fuel stations that include car wash stations, and that are open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The first station was Urbelia Bailén, which opened in 2018; Urbelia Ciudad Real opened in 2019; Urbelia Jumilla opened in 2023; Urbelia Torredelcampo opened in 2024; and Urbelia Arcos de la Frontera opened in 2025.
Urbelia Oil reached an agreement at a national level with the number 1 electricity company in Spain, IBERDROLA, with a commitment to install 2 recharge points in each new project in line with the continuous progress in electric mobility and positioning Urbelia at the forefront of the green transport evolution underway while maintaining its core focus on providing low-cost, high-quality fueling services.
The Group has also secured and signed two new leases for two fuel stations in 2025. Given the positive operational results, the Group intends to grow the portfolio to 28 fuel stations by 2030.

Von der Heyden Group Finance plc, a special purpose vehicle, is the Group’s finance company incorporated in Malta to provide the Group’s subsidiaries and associates with funding for project developments, strategic expansions and sustainable investments.
In October 2022, Von der Heyden Group Finance PLC was granted approval by the Malta Financial Services Authority to list €35,000,000, 5% Unsecured Bonds maturing in 2032 of a nominal value of €100 per bond issued at par and guaranteed by the Group’s parent company, Timan Investments Holdings Limited. The Bond Issue was allocated among the maturing bondholders and authorised financial intermediaries in accordance with the terms of the prospectus, with subscriptions closing early on November 24, 2022. The proceeds from this new bond issue were used for the redemption of the previous 2017 issuance of €25,000,000 4.4% unsecured bonds due to mature in 2024 by way of an early redemption of the said maturing bonds.
