Prima Court
Prima Court was the 1st office building in Poland 100% leased before construction works began. The first sole Tenant was PricewaterhouseCoopers that rented the whole building for their headquarters for 10 years.
Prima Court is a cosy ‘A’ class office building located in the centre of Warsaw in the vicinity of Hotel Marriott. The eight-storey building was constructed on a 1,197 m2 plot (approx. 7,500 m2 gross space, 4,224 m2 net usable area), with a two-storey underground car park for 54 cars. It is a fully air conditioned office building, where modern computer installations have been designed along with fibre optic telephone connections. In accordance with the requirements of the former sole Tenant, PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o.o., an open plan office space design allows for unrestricted arrangement of space.
The designer and engineer was the Warsaw based Company WADECO Sp. z o. o.
The general contractor for the turn-key project was ILBAU Polska Sp. z o.o., the Polish subsidiary of the leading Austrian Construction firm BAUHOLDING AG (now STRABAG AG).
Prima Court was sold by Von der Heyden Group in 2006 to RE Polish Property Sp. z o.o. At the time the building was fully rented to the following tenants: First Public Relation, Grifols Polska Sp. z o.o., DKV Euro Service Polska, Fidelity Information Services, BPP Professional Education, Manpower, Bentley, Sarmatia, MPWiK, Efikom, Trinity, Yves Rocher.
