Andersia Tower

‘Andersia Tower’ when constructed was the highest building in Poznan (105.2 m. high). After Poznan Financial Centre, it is the 2nd stage of development of the Anders Square in Poznań in JV with the City of Poznań in the very centre of the city, next to the Old Brewery, PFC and Andersia Business Centre. This mixed-use commercial development of 35,000 m2 combines: office, hotel and retail functions with an underground two-storey car park.

The lower floors are used for a ****deluxe hotel ‘IBB Andersia Hotel’ with 171 rooms, suites with an executive floor, retail outlets, restaurants, conference centre and banquet & ball rooms for up to 800 people in total. The hotel is operated by IBB Hotel Collection.

The upper floors of the ‘Andersia Tower’ of app. 10.700 m2 are designated for class ‘A’ office space. The building houses prestigious tenants such as: Franklin Templeton Investments Poland, Ernst & Young, IKB Leasing, Grafton Recruitment or Efect Doradztwo Finansowe. The building has a swimming pool, a fitness club, saunas and steam baths.

The entire development has been built using state-of-the-art technologies and conforms to the most strict standards of ‘intelligent’ facilities, as well as set-up standards performed by Von der Heyden Group in its European projects.

The construction works were conducted on ‘turn-key’ basis by internationally recognised general constructor Hochtief.

The official Opening Ceremony of the ‘Andersia Tower’ building and IBB Andersia Hotel took part on December 6, 2007.

In January 2008, Andersia Tower was sold to an internationally recognized renowned fund DEKA Immobilien.
